Job Description:
Handles and responds to various inquiries. Escalates certain issues when necessary. Be familiar with the team processes and product specifications. Work directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preference Monitor images and data tags Maintain a high standard in the performance of operational procedures Can create report in both written and visual Can translate both languages from Thai to English and English to Thai Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field Preferably currently residing in Metro Manila, Philippines Good Thai and English communication skills Amenable to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, or on holidays Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati, Philippines Detail-oriented Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Committed to comply with deadlines Can multi-task effectively Can start ASAP
