Test Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
Testing of all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system performance, regression and service.
Work with development team to identify and capture test scenarios, cases, to ensure quality performance is met.
Setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases and executing these cases.
Providing feedback on use-ability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned personnel.
Provide support for failure analysis and establishing and implementing corrective action
Responsible for product quality and tests.
Support and respond immediately on any technical feedback and concern of other groups
Responsible for testing of new software for function test of HDD

Related Experience and Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least one (1) year working experience as Test Engineer.
Knowledgeable in Quality control tools and FMEA.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong written skills with proven ability to draft policies, procedures and reports.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Basic understanding of programming concepts.
Competent PC skills including MS Office – (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and computer networking
