What will you do?
In this position you will join our Business Support Group, where you will play an integral part in optimising and maintaining the technology within their domain to improve efficiency, capacity and achieve business requirements.
We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally.
Here are the key things you will do to:

- Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more project test streams, including component, assembly, product and User Acceptance tests.
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
- Develops test scenarios to test and test scripts for new/updated processes deliver improved ways of working.
- Execute test scripts.
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.
- Document defects using the project's defect management tools.
- Validate product fixes.
- Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
What can you bring to the team?
Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request.
Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and deliver solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders to meet deadlines.
You will also need the following:

- 2-4 years of experience as a software tester with Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Very good understanding of Workday (preferred) or other Enterprise Systems.
- Detail oriented: able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem).
- Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle.
- Knowledge on using Defect Management tools.
- Experience working with non-relational databases would be an advantage.
- Experience working with non-relational databases would be an advantage.

- Creation of defects and experience on using defect management tools, ie, ALM, DevOps
