What you’ll be needing to have as a Temp WFH Healthcare CSR:
Completed at least 2 years of college
Computer savvy with MS Windows expertise
Exceptional English communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Six months or more of customer service experience
Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
Have the right connection – you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
Computer – we’ll supply and deliver at your doorstep
Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
What your typical day will consist of:
Consult with customers on products and services to provide the best solutions call, email and/or chat
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
