- Contacts potential clients and customers to generate leads/sales.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer's needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
**Qualifications**:
- Trainable or proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Good knowledge of relevant Information Technology solution - ERP, Cloud Solution
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
