Telesales Representative

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Has strong sales ability and with excellent customer service orientation
- Familiarity in Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Must be Computer literate
- Knowledge in Logistics and/or Freight Forwarding, a plus
- With experience, a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To build customer’s interest in the services being offered by the company.
- Secure appointments and activities with prospective clients and forwarding to Sales Executive Team
- Follow up inactive accounts
- Turning calls into sales
