Job Description:
The Telesales Associate is responsible for cold calling and generating qualified leads for endorsement to Business Development Specialists. He/She is tasked to:


Track daily, weekly or monthly personal cold calls quota Develop a list of prospects from city and telephone directories and other public records Contact businesses by phone and email and introduce the company Follow-up on non-responsive leads for confirmation of interest and conducts pro-active follow-through Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably Communication Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field Must have experience in conducting/handling outbound calls for lead generation and verification Experience in sales/lead generation in an IT company is an advantage Working knowledge in IT jargons and background in IT hardware/software is a plus Has excellent English communication skills, both oral and written Hardworking, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and can be trusted with confidential information Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be a team player
