Responsibilities:Answer all queries over the phone and through email.
Entertains inquiries and requests from patients and requests from patients, doctors, referring laboratories/ hospitals and affiliated companies.
Coordinate messenger-s pick-ups and ensure necessary follow ups are undertaken for pending tasks.
Coordinate with the approval of the HMO endorsed by Clinic nurse.
Prepares and coordinate schedules of home service to the assigned lab personnel.
Relay patients- official results as requested by the attending doctors, referring laboratories and hospitals.
Perform daily morning call to referring laboratory for specimen pick-up
Ensure that all calls from BDC branches, referring laboratories and hospitals requiring additional pick-up are relayed to concerned messenger
Ensure that all results intended to BDC branches, referring laboratories and hospitals are emailed within the day
Ensure that all cheque collections must be pick-up on time by the assigned messenger and make IT a priority.
Ensure that all SOA from Accounting Dept must be delivered on time by the assigned messenger.
Keep and maintain all important documents and reports of the OfficeBenefits:Government Mandated Benefits
