Job Summary: As Telemarketer, you will be handling our local nonlife motorcar insurance account by offering our serviced and provide overall customer service.
Reach out to potential clients to offer both primary (motorcar insurance) and other insurance services (other lines, life insurance, and health insurance).Generate fresh leads through various methods like cold calling, social media sniping, referrals and networking.Explain policy options, terms & conditions, coverage, premiums, and options & terms of payment to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.Take ownership of clients' first payments and oversee the payment process from initiation to remittance by collaborating with cross-functional team like Accounting and Collections to resolve payment issues promptly.Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks for policy issuance timely and accurately.Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in Pegasus.Make it a point to achieve his/her set goal as defined and advised by the Company from time to time.Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional, relevant, and timely manner.Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.
