Telecom Implementation Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for an Telecom Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Telecom Implementation manager will also plan and supervise service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site, Fiber Route etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.Responsibilities:You will organize and coordinate rolloutsHandle work orders and compensationPlan and follow up of quality assurancesKey Qualifications:Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)Involved in Telecom Projects (Network Rollout Implementation) as Manager with minimum of 8 years experience.Ericsson Radio and Transmission equipment knowledge is a plusYou will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial approachCoping with pressures and setbacksDelivering results and meet customer expectationsPlanning and organizational skills for large projects
