Tele Collector/Collection Specialist

- Tele Collectors are responsible for reminding and collecting loan payment from the clients via phone call.
- To educate the clients about the collection process, procedures, polices and explain about penalties.
- To monitor assigned accounts.
And other related tasks assigned by the Immediate Head/Management.
