Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding telecom services.
- Assist with billing, technical support, and account management.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Upsell or cross-sell telecom products as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience
- At least 6 months Sales experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig
- Available to start immediately
