Technician Handyman

The technician/handyman is mainly responsible for all upkeep, maintenance and repair of building facilities and company or store equipment.
He shall perform a range of maintenance duties including but not limited to fixing plumbing, electrical and safety systems, maintaining cleanliness of building spaces or company premises, performing repair assessments and providing repair guidance.
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role
- Solid experience with plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- HVAC knowledge and repair skills
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Skilled and hardworking, with outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Strong technical knowledge

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
