Technical Writer

Job Description:
An Australian Technology provider is looking for an experience technical writer. Duties and responsibilities as follows:


? Documenting and reporting customer pain points observation and feeding back to QOIPR teams


? Developing QOIPR products installation/onboarding processes and procedures in conjunction with the development team


? Developing on-boarding and getting-started tools and content for customers to increase account usage and retention


? Designs and recommends processes for our clients by creating process maps.


? Develop procedure documentation that helps end-user understand the designed process


? Maintain knowledge management


? Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.


? Special projects or assignments as directed by management
Minimum Qualifications:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or any technology-related field


? 3-5 years relevant experience on the role


? Strong knowledge of the JIRA, Confluence and Zendesk platforms


? Strong knowledge of OmniGraffle and Excel tools.


? Strong technical understanding of software products and solutions


? Exceptional product documentation skills


? Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal


? Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail


? Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text,pictures and diagrams


? Proactive delivery in marketing and releasing communications internally


? Willing to work at MOA, Pasay
