Technical Trainer Sme (Technical Program) - Taguig

**Job Summary**

The Technical Trainer and Internal Assessor shall responsible for the delivery and facilitation of the annual technical training and certifications programs across all sites and OWSI operations.
Shall collaborate with SME, Company and Regulatory experts in order to comply the training and certifications requirements.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review the training curriculum and materials based on the operations requirements.
- Conduct a competency assessment and propose an appropriate program for skills and competency development.
- Develop technical training and certification tools and standards.
- Conduct the annual TNA and recommendation training plan and program based on the identified gap.
- Monitor and execute the design IDP, PIP or Succession plan towards meeting the desired output.
- Review the training performance and monitor and monitor the schedule to meet the desired result.
- Facilitate the review and analysis of the gap assessment result to develop the individual training plan.
- Evaluate and review the training request and its requirements.
- Collaborate with the 3rd party training providers and the compliance of the accreditation documents.
**Educational Background/Certificate/Work Experience**
- Graduate of Vocational Course or Certificate in Trainers Methodology 1 or National TVET Trainer Certificate - TESDA.
- With TESDA HEO-Forklift NCII or NCIII.
- Or Train the Trainer Training Certificate or In-company Training Certificate.
- With at least two (2) yrs.
Training Experience for Technical Skills.
