The **Technical Support Supervisor** oversees the daily tasks of the Field Support Associates and ensures that targets are met and all clients are serviced efficiently and effectively.
The **Field Support Supervisor** coaches, mentors, and sets performance goals for the Field Support Associates.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of Computer and other related courses.
- Must have at least 2 years experience as Technical Field Supervisor.
- Must be knowledgeable in Electronic equipment/Office equipment.
- Must be knowledgeable in MS Office( Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Can manage technical people particularly with repair of hardware and electronics
- Has excellent customer orientation skills
- Has good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in creating process flow
- Must be a team player
- Can work under pressure
- Can work well in a team
- Can work with mínimal supervision.
- With banking technical support experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical Support Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
