Technical Support Specialist (100% Remote / Work From Home)

We’re looking to hire aTechnical Support Specialistwho is excited to work from home (100% remote). You’ll be responsible for first-level technical support to internal customers with the goal of solving problems and creating support tickets in order to provide the fastest and easiest resolution while delivering an incredible experience.We’re looking for top-notch people with coachable attitudes so this isn’t for everyone.
As a Technical Support Specialist you will:

Analyze, test, and resolve incoming trouble reports and tickets
Clear roadblocks in an effort to restores service to the customer
Escalate issues to the responsible maintenance or technical support group

What are the requirements:

Computer literate with an above basic understanding and proficient in the use of PC skills, knowledge of Suite, MS Office
Able to support the work from home (WFH) set up
Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
Minimum of an i5 processor, 8 gig RAM, Windows 10, a working headset with microphone, webcam
Someone who has a general curiosity about how and why things work the way they do.
