Job Description :
We are starting a team of technical support representatives for a developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutionsfor the dental and audio industries.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the clients partners and end-users regarding various inquiries
CRM Case logging and documentation
Manage escalations effectively
Other tasks as required

Qualifications:2-3 years of customer service / technical support experience in the BPO industry.
Background in dental technical support would be an advantage
Strong communication skills
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule (AU or EU working hours based on business need) in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
