Job Summary
* We are looking for five (5) new Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to be the stellar for our ISP and Telecom service.
* TSR will focus on the answer calls of the customer for their inquiries, follow-up and other needs a like. TSR is responsible for assisting client's needs and other inquiries with regards to the service/products. Other tasks will be discuss on the interview process.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
* Must have at least 6-months TSR background for ISP and/or Telecom (any) experience
* Able to understand different technology for ISP and/or Telecom is a plus
* Technology savvy
* Experience in assisting client thru phone for their technical concern is a plus.
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
* Excellent English Communication
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
