Provide phone support to field service reps troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.
- Ensures that all customer inquiries are satisfactorily answered, resolved, properly documented in the CRM and closed within agreed timelines.
- Work in a team-based environment with the ability to function with independent discretion
**Job Qualifications**:
- Any college graduate or college level (undergraduate) is acceptable.
- Helpdesk experience in an IT environment working with Windows machines, a plus
- Experience working with electrical equipment and field repair, a plus
- Two (2) years related experience in customer support and customer relation, preferred
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills; customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications,
- Tech-savvy, self-starter, fast learner and resourceful
- Willingness to be on call and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hours
- Ability to reliably commute to MEPZ1, Lapulapu City or planning to relocate before starting work on-site
