Job Description:

Perform server and desktop system maintenance/upgrades including Operating System patching, driver installation and create/maintain documentation of instructional procedures (i.e.
hardware/software installation) and knowledge based troubleshooting techniques.

Install, repair and configure computer peripherals including printers, scanner, POS machine and other external devices
5.
Experience in implementation of firewall, Wi-fi and other network devices including installation, configuration, and maintenance
6.
3rd party coordination with Telco/ provider for any link and internet outages
7.
Coordinate and align with NOC, SOC and Site Support / Lead for any potential and known threats as well as with vendors on the support needed to resolve security issues.

Must be willing to travel / deployed to any office branch nationwide
11.
Other tasks will include maintaining as inventory of computer hardware assets, peripherals and software license owned by the company and performing scheduled preventive maintenance of computer systems.
Job Specifications:

- College graduate
- Has at least 1-2 years experience as IT Support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016
- Knowledgeable in VMware Hypervisor
- Configuration Troubleshooting of Network Cabling, PC's, Desktop Router Wi-Fi and LAN technology
- PC Assemble and Maintenance
- Has excellent communication skill
- Flexible (willing to work Morning or Night shift)
- Willing to travel nationwide
- SALARY OFFERED: 18K-22k basic salary

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
