Technical Support/Emd

Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Provide technical support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available
resources within the company.
Monitor delivery process schedule with coordination to Toll Manufacturing Supervisor from planning of orders, routing and scheduling.
Responsible for maintenance of delivery truck. Including monitoring the expiration, renewal of all the permits and licenses.
Updates Truck dwell time monitoring daily.
Manages warehouse staff to ensure that products are stored and shipped out in accurate
manner.
Organizes and ensure inventory transaction accuracy and maintains warehouse inventory
and storage area.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Evaluate non-conformities and dispositions
Provides answer to the Voice of Customer ticket issued by Corporate Sales.
Reviews and provides root cause analysis, immediate and preventive measure to all issued
CPAR.
Identify and establish corrective actions needed to address problem areas related to route
and service issues.
Participates actively to improvement activities such as Small Group Activities (SGA), Quality
Control Circles (QCC), Kaizen.
Oversees and ensures timely completion of the work product.
Make necessary coordination with interlinking department.
Ensures quality of foam being cut meets company standards and customer specifications.

EMD
Assist in rereading instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists
to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
Assist main stream personnel during events or setups that involves electrical or mechanical support.
Supports in reworking connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
Helps in repairing equipment’s with technical problems.
Responsible to schedule the preventive maintenance of machines and facility equipment
Ensure availability and established inventory of spare parts of production, elevator, generator set and other facility equipment.

Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering and/or equivalent.
With at least 2 years of direct experience in Manufacturing and EMD.
Has proven leadership skills, initiative and strong sense of work ethics

Experience:
Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred)
