This role will be responsible for day-to-day effective security operation, provisioning, installation, configuration, systems operation, manage, administration and maintenance of global systems hardware, software, security and supporting Surbana Jurong infrastructure. Assists GSS IT - Service delivery group with technical issues and problem resolution. Performs analysis, research and development to facilitate continuous improvement within SJ Global IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Integrate with the IT Helpdesk and provide desktop support services for SJ business through either telephony, email, messaging or TeamViewer support.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve systems and network related problems encountered by users.
Engage with local IT or Group Technology teams to facilitate the successful resolution of server, systems, IT security, network and PC related service issues for SJ users.
Responsible in day to day monitoring and support for company's IT infrastructure Operations based on Service catalogue
Working within the service team and be rostered on 24/7 shift support
Creation and updating of operational documentation, policies and procedures based on IT Service Delivery Catalogue
Provide L2 support to global operations related to the acquisition, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, training and system management handover of infrastructure systems.
Assist IT Security management process to protect the hardware, software and information resources of SJ from unauthorized access, tampering or physical damage, including application based SJ Infrastructure services and SJ IT security services
Keep abreast of best practice standards and changes in Information Technology.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field.
Five or more years of related technical experience in a technical support environment.
MCP, ITIL, CCNA and / or related technical certifications is a plus.
Knowledgeable in Windows technology (Desktop Win7, Win8, Win10), (Server 2008, 2012, 2016), (Active Directory/DNS/DHCP) and Virtualization environment such as Hyper-V and VMware
Experience in WSUS, SCCM and any patch management technologies
Experience in Anti-Virus, Web/Email Security, DLP, Cloud App Security, Fortinet, ProofPoint, ZScaler and Sandboxing
Strong Documentation and record keeping skills
Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks (Powershell, VBscript and Batch file)
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks within a multi-tasking environment.
Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal to enable a high level of satisfaction with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Skilled in IT Security management (antivirus, antispam technology and patch management)
Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to operations and systems planning across a range of technologies.
Willing to work on shifting schedule
