We are looking for a high energy “Technical Service Representative” that is responsible for inbound/ outbound phone support and chat support in aWork from Home set up.
Responsibilities:
Field and provide communication inEnglish
Provide Inbound support by responding to customer queries for appointment status Call, system look-up for tech’s estimated time of arrival, and validation of tech assignments
Do outbound calls to Dispatch team for escalations and expedited requests
Engage in chat support for internal discussions, escalations, and expedited requests
Records names, addresses, inquiries, and dispatch information
Maintain records related to the dispatch and what transpired on the call
Demonstrate mastery of customer service call script within specified timeframe
Requirements:
Great communication skills
At least 1 year of BPO experience
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills PC skills, knowledge of VDI, and other call center tools are a plus
Technical Support experience is a plus
Able to support the WFH set up
Minimum download speed of 15 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
Minimum of an i5 processor, 8 gig RAM
Working headset with microphone
A designated work area
