Technical Service Engineer

Job Description:
Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, validation, repairs and commissioning of Lintec machines. Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers for the newly installed machines. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Tape applications, Sales and Service engineer and manufacturing and marketing/sales in resolving machine technical issues. Develop Service technical documentations. Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database. Perform physical inventories of demo machines, spare parts and provide monthly inventory report tallies against the physical items. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. May perform general functions or assign responsibilities that are not listed above. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer With experienced working in semiconductor industry esp. in Front-End Assembly Results oriented.hardworking and Team player Computer literate(MS Office-Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
