Technical Sales Representative

Technical Sales Representative Assignment: Quezon & Bicol Region I am in-need of a qualified candidate that will fit-in for the Technical Sales Representative role for Bayer Philippines Inc. - Animal Health Division.

Major Functions:
1. Calls on customers to provide all information on Bayer Animal Health products and other technical updates related to animal husbandry
2. Communicates, implements and monitors promotional activities
3. Conducts seminars and technical discussions to target users
4. Coordinate with distributors to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to end-users
5. Participates in sales meetings, product seminars, conventions, and trade exhibits
6. Provides market updates such as industry trends, issues and competition activities, analyzes and formulates appropriate sales plan strategies
7. Monitors stock position and follow-up requirements of clients
8. Identify potential growth areas / recommends potential new accounts

Best fit candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agriculture
- Marketing / Sales background in Animal Health industry
- Holder of Driver’s License
