Technical Sales

MECHANICAL DESIGNER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret 3D drawings, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards.
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
Developing, testing and evaluating designs.
Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

TECHNICAL SALES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual product sales.
Monitors competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Helps to resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinates with Sales Manager on regular business review, for the effective execution of sales promotion.
Represent Company at Trade fair/exhibit to promote products.
Provide technical information/specification as required by the customer.
Assess the occurring issues on site communicate with the customers and recommend possible solutions to the management.
