**Extenteam **is currently looking for an **Technical Recruiter **to undertake the following tasks:

- Building a pipeline of applicants using various local job boards and networking groups
- Scheduling and conducting phone and video interviews
- Taking an active role in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Managing interview schedule for each step of the recruitment process
- Perform skill-based interviews with position requirements and competencies.
- Closely work with Outsource & Sales Teams and understand customer hiring needs.
- Supporting other operational HR processes.

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment through different international job boards
- Excellent command of written and spoken English - You will be working with a globally
- distributed team across a few continents
- Experience with HR Recruitment Tools such as ATS and HRIS systems
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- 30MBPS or higher internet speed
- i5 or higher processor
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
