**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage daily operations of the team such as:

- planning and scheduling of the team's activities
- assure and optimize team utilization
- anticipate and address potential issues before they are encountered
- monitoring of the team member's performance
- Provide technical and non-technical support and guidance to the team in the form of assistance in resolving issues and/or mentoring / coaching.
- Effectively communicates status of projects and/or operations to the leadership team and clients.
- Help in growth of the team through resource management (acquisition and allocation).
- Work closely with Filipino & Japanese counterparts and managers.
- Responsible in Project resource management that shows ability to handle complex / sensitive issues.
- Responsible for the quality, cost and delivery.
- Execute mutually agreed plan for the benefit of the customer.
- Manage 10 people or more.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- More than 8 years of relevant experience or as required by client.
- With Software Development, Project & People Management experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizaton.
- Leadership and organisational skills.
- Customer centric; familiar with Japan business culture.
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and scope.
- Capable of making timely decisions despite complexity, ambiguity and potentially adverse consequences.
- Preferably with Nihongo background.
