Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with Project Management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
Monitor, control and manage technical operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Assist Project Engineers and Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Managing budgets and preparing project financial report for management.
Collaborate with other departments through regular meetings and communications.
Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
Assist in providing direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Maintains a clean work area.
Performs other related tasks as required.

Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, any course
Experience in office management or an administrative role
Excellent Communication and people management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
