Technical Manager

Job Summary:
Overall job function is to manage the technical delivery team of Maroev.
Provide effective and good technical leadership to the team.
Train the team on products and services that the company will provide its clients.
Supervise the support duties of the team.
Provide project plans and initiatives to help the company in its business and operational endeavors.
**Responsibilities**:
Management Role:

- Make sure that all projects engagement assigned to each engineer are deliver in a precise and timely manner to Maroev's clients.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
Provide assistance and guidance, if necessary, to fast-track delivery and other technical commitments.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing and deploying IT solutions
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Take part in technical and sales planning as needed by the sales team in preparation to opportunity and sales engagement.
Recommend ample solution or product required to fulfill the requirement of a given opportunity
- Formulate a plan or strategy that may help company address technical and security needs internally and externally to its clients.
- Participate on internal project of Fibercom Group of companies if necessary.
Provide recommendation and technical insight if as needed.
Coordinate and report to the IT and Innovation Head.
- Support the team in strengthening and improvement their skillset, technical capabilities, and confidence by providing good leadership and conveying experiences with them.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.
- Research and evaluate new hardware and software technology and solution.
Stays current with technological developments related to computer hardware, software, and networks, as well as management practices which involves reading publications, subscribing to Internet lists, attending conferences and workshops, and meeting with colleagues
- Uphold the interest of the team and the company as well at any given engagement to its client.
Technical Role:

- Conduct Vulnerability Assessments of Network and Security Devices using various open source and commercial tools to Maroev's clients if needed.
- Map out a network, discover ports and services running on the different exposed network and security devices
- Conduct penetration test and launch exploits using Nessus, Metaspoilt, Kali Linux penetration testing distribution tools sets
- Research and maintain proficiency in computer network exploitation, tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities, data hiding, network security, and encryption.
- Analyze scan reports and suggest remediation / mitigation plan when required especially to Maroev's clients
- Keep track of new vulnerabilities on various network and security devices for different vendors
- Review cyber posture and work with operations to plan code version upgrade requirements of supported security and network devices internally and externally to clients
- Advanced technical analysis on intrusions
- Audit configuration of Network and Security devices
- Providing rich client specific reports
- Must adhere and uphold the Code of Ethic in doing security services for and to clients
- Implement and maintain IT-related procedures, policies, and restriction
- Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
- Actively participate on capacity planning, network, security, and systems design and other IT initiatives being rolled out by the company.
- Performs other information technology duties as required to support the work of the IT department

**Salary**: Php100,000.00 per month
