Technical Lead/Solutions Designer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Designer reviews and validates the user requirements and/or functional specifications with its System Analyst to ensure development is aligned with the planned solution design
Solution Designer consults and works with SMEs (System Analysts, System Administrator, Database Administrator, Network support, and Security Support to ensure solution is end-to-end
Solution Designer works with Operations Support thru its Systems Analyst to do the necessary handover to production
Solution Designer leads the cutover activities to deploy the project enhancements in production
Solution Designer leads the support team during the stabilization period to monitor and address the production issues raised
Solution Designer assist the Business PM in the close-out of the project REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3 years experience as Solution Designer or relevant experience
Proficient in Unix, SQL.
Has concrete experience in implementing and testing projects involving API integrations.
Knowledgeable in SDLC and/or Agile Methods
Has experience in writing Solution Plans and can describe its different sections in detail.
Able to create deployment/cutover plans and can orchestrate a cutover, leading a whole team of SMEs (System Analysts, System Administrator, Database Administrator,
Network support, and Security Support, Vendors, Testers, etc.)
Basic knowledge on project management discipline.
Preferably, proficient and has experience in Sales Cloud implementation or BSS/OSS platforms.
