Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Valenzuela City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• With good scholastic record.
• Excellent communication skill and good interpersonal skill.
• Computer literate. Preferably 1-2 yrs experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
• Act as the initial point of contact for system related concerns from clients or other employees
• Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides
• Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
• Other Tasks assigned related to the Job Title
