Technical Consultant

Job Description:
Technical consultants may have to conduct training programs and educate others on the basic technical details They act as user support and help in case of any trouble shooting They are responsible for the development of test plans, various program specifications and the documentation for software modules They are also in charge of testing and issue solutions for custom software projects They must solve any queries by the user or the customer They need to submit reports of the day to day activities to the team leader They have to directly interact with clients and may have to handle multiple projects Fully comply with the rules and processes in the company Providing first-level technical support Analyzing the issue cause and clarifying the expected test result Fixing the issues within the promised turn-around time Close of Business support as planned Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00) Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field Passionate in programming and logical thinker Familiar with one or two of popular programming languages (Java, C#, C++, SQL, etc) Familiar with Java Application Server (jBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, etc) Having knowledge in Unix/Linux Having knowledge in database and web service Strong software engineering knowledge; OO Design Principles 1+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT applications. Experience in enterprise grade solutions is preferred Having knowledge and experience programming language: JSP, Servlet, Spring Framework. Webservice SOAP, XML, REST. SQL Language. CUDA Programming Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player Strong Analytical and problem solving Possess strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills Coordinate with IT team members and end users Willing to be processed (of recruitment) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
