About the job:
**Responsibilities**:
- Incident investigation, diagnosis and resolution of assigned incidents.
- Monitor, track and communicate status of tickets with stakeholders.
- Follow technical instructions on problem solving.
- Create and maintain up-to-date Problem/known-error database
- Communicate with user and other stakeholders.
- Perform ongoing maintenance activities (i.e., backend operations, scripts, logging etc.)
and Preventative maintenance & Monitoring ((i.e., cleanup, scripts, monitor error logs)
Must have:
Experience with the following:
- Teamcenter
- CAD support: SolidEdge/Solidworks/NX/AutoCAD
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Enovia
Others:
Shifting
With weekend standby for critical / high issues.
Work set-up: temporarily WFH until further announcement.
