YOUR ROLE Lead and manage a team in Marketing & Sales Reporting and Advanced Analytics to deliver insightful reports and analyses across the value chain
Oversee daily operations, team performance, strategic planning, forecasting, target setting, and issue resolution
Develop advanced technical reports using Power BI, automate tools with Python, and create advanced VBA/Macro solutions for dashboard creation
Analyze sell-in data from internal sources like SalesBI and SAP, as well as sell-out data from third-party syndicated tools such as Nielsen and IRI
Generate descriptive reports and forecasts based on consolidated data sources with a focus on sales, marketing, and market share analysis
Provide sales excellence support by managing CRM access provisioning, report generation, pricing requests, and ensuring data integrity and quality in tools
Collaborate with other GBS location counterparts to optimize and streamline the process. Also, ensure process delivery as per SLA, identify process improvement opportunities, prepare KPI reports, and supervise team members' development and performance feedback YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in any field in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / Computer Science / Information Technology
Minimum of seven (7) years demonstrated experience in leadership roles; Preferably within the field of Marketing & Sales, global FMCG or multinational consumer-driven organizations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data from diverse sources such as Power BI, SalesBI, and business managed applications
Proficient in current reporting technologies like Advanced Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Sell-in and Sell-out data is a plus
Demonstrated leadership qualities in mentoring, guiding team members, fostering collaboration within subprocesses, and bridging processes with day shift counterparts; Proven track record in project management
Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying updates and requirements to stakeholders through clear written and presentation communication
