Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for the following tasks:
Assisting the client in setting medium or long-term financial plans by evaluating current financial situation, lifestyle, investments, retirement or estate planning, educational or illness funding, etc. Matching of financial goals with the suitable funds allocation and product solutions and presenting clients with the most suitable protection plans and financial options on how to achieve their set goals Carefully explaining risks and advantages to the clients, making sure all their concerns are addressed, and executing the plan chosen by the client Monitoring the situation of clients’ financial plans and updating them with the progress, and recommending necessary changes (if any) Constantly updating job knowledge by keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and economic conditions, learning about new financial products and services, participating in financial workshops and events, and maintaining and expanding personal networks Continuous marketing by promoting financial services to potential clients, asking for referrals from current clients, meeting prospects, and providing them with a comprehensive introduction and explanation about the company and the benefits of the services Managing of the team, motivating and guiding the members on the different strategies and techniques, providing them with learning opportunities such as workshops and events, helping them widen their networks and connections Recruiting agents that have the potential to contribute to the growth and performance of the team as a whole Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree Preferably with experience in a supervisory/management role Exposure to sales and marketing considered an advantage Strong entrepreneurial, analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
