Team Leader - Management Advisory (Cebu City-based)The position will offer a great opportunity to strengthen your people management skills and your expertise in Management Accounting and business analysis. He/She will oversee the work of Senior Accounting Analysts.
Account Management - Planning, coordinating and monitoring of different business units' engagements.
Serves as a Generalist on Finance and Accounting Organization, Process, Controls, Technology and Dashboard.
Diagnoses strategic F&A issues to provide immediate solutions.
Presents and facilitates Financial Reports and Dashboards to OpCom meetings.
Mentors and coaches staffs and other subordinates.
Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior.
