Job Description:
As a Team Leader of Credit Line Management in Credit Cards Group, you will be :
Creating opportunity to make outstanding growth with credit line management strategy. Accountable for optimizing approach of credit card line adjustment - that balances trade-off between credit risk and profit. Develop streamline guidelines for credit line management. Maintain regular credit line increases and specific campaigns to qualified cardholders - to reduce voluntary attrition and stimulate increased card usage and revolved balance. Responsible for account cancellation due to credit card inactivity or unutilized credit limit and analyzing existing portfolio trends. Monitor performance of credit line utilization and delinquency. Collaborate with all levels of management in Credit Cards Group. This role is located in Jakarta and you will be part of Card Lifecycle Management Department in Credit Cards Group. You should own the above-mentioned work to achieve business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have Bachelor degree level qualifications. Preferred disciplines in Statistics, Computer Science, or Economic. Have at least 8+ years of related experience in financial institutions and proven record in credit line management; Possess strong technical skills in project management methodologies, financial institution risk assessment, risk mitigation, and internal control practices and knowledge of card payment industry. Strong leadership record, exhibiting both ability to engage clients and lead a team. Excellent customer service orientation. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities execute action plans in order to meet organization goals and deadlines. Good problem solving and analytical skills
