Details of the offer

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 (package)
Willing to work on-site in BGC – The Curve Building
Can start ASAP
Willing to work nightshift/shifting schedule
Excellent English oral and written communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:
Have at least 2 to 3 years tenure per organization (or an average of 2.5 years)
At least 2 to 3 years as Team Leader / Trainer
Handled E-mail and Live Chat campaigns from the past
Excellent Communications Skills.
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Team leader in a call center handling customer service accounts
Have excellent leadership and communication skills
Able to effectively handle escalations
Strong analytical skills - create SMART action plans, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Team player – brings value to entire operations and business
Advanced knowledge in Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Has a sense of urgency and good judgment to be able to appropriately raise trends with clients, Operations management, and stakeholders
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
