With a workforce of more than 1,000, CHI delivers business services and solutions in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, marketing support and information technology.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Managing Operations and Delivering Commitments: Leads Business Analysts in Global HR Information Systems for Data Quality, Reporting and SharePoint to help achieve team goals. Establishes HR DQ and Reporting strategies to proactively address anticipated and existing business needs.
Organizational Capability and People Management: Build and plan for the organizational capability of the Data Quality, Reporting and SharePoint business analyst roles through technical, analytical and soft skill trainings. Ensures team members are capable of using the following systems and applications:
Data Quality – SAP, JDE, Enterprise People Hub (EPH), Spotfire
Reporting – SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, Enterprise People Hub (EPH) Business Intelligence, and Remedy
SharePoint – SharePoint Designer, Group Lifecycle and Access Management (GLAM), Control Point and Content Matrix
Build Relationships: Establish meaningful and productive relationship with key stakeholders which includes:
Chairs the Data Quality Governance meeting for the establishment and implementation of data quality rules in the face of changing technology and business landscape
Global Reporting Network to educate the HR function on common HR reports and enhance existing reports or create new reports that meets business needs
IT Teams to configure data quality rules and resolve data quality issues
Proactively look for and attend trainings on emerging technology and trends as it relates to Data Quality, Reporting and SharePoint support.
Keep abreast of new HR technology and processes being deployed in the company and how they impact the Data Quality and Reporting service delivery model
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree graduate
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, 2 years working as a Team Lead
Experience in SAP HR and HRIS background
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to mentor and coach others
Strong in influencing, customer engagement, communication and facilitation skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Business Analysis skill is a strong advantageRelocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters
International Considerations:
Selected candidates will work in Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
