Teacher Aide (Reliever)

Job Description:
Follows directions given by class teacher:
Assists in planning and preparing the classroom Helps set-up learning centers Helps prepare needed materials and supplies Assists during class movements (playground, etc.) Assists students who need help in an activity Maintains confidentiality about children, their families, and other employees outside the school Assists students going to the Health Services, Library, etc Makes sure the children are safe and well at all times Attends to the students’ requirements for assistance related to nutrition, hygiene and personal necessities Keeps track of inventory of school materials in assigned classroom Attends staff meetings and recommended training programs Provides clerical and administrative support to faculty Performs other duties as may be assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any college degree At least one (1) year work experience in a school-setting and working with children Fluent in English and Filipino (Oral and Written) Warm and friendly attitude that will easily be liked by children Genuine care and concern for young students Good organizational skills
