Tax Specialist

1.Plan and direct the accounting activities of the department, double check all accounting procedures and processes ,voucher in finance system (financial reporting, billing, collections and budget preparation).
2.
Monthly end of closing, Prepares financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in a timely and accurate manner.
3. preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
4.
Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
5.
Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns are filed correctly, on time and in accordance with government regulations to minimize tax exposure; report to Gov.
system

Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiation

7.
Developing a company's financial and accounting policies, workflows and methods after consultations with heads of finance.
8.
Reviews new and existing financial systems and controls and proposes improvements to the existing systems and controls.
9.
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
10.
Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
