Details of the offer

Job Description
Conduct monthly internal audit for collection, disbursements, and Petty Cash Fund;
Conduct investigations when found discrepancies in the process;
Identify potential risks and suggest possible remedies to correct issues/concerns;
Monitor regulatory compliance related to BIR monthly, quarterly and annual requirements and renewal of business permits;
Review and recommend update for internal Accounting Policies;
Review the reports of the Accountants before submission to the top management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Financial Management;
At least 3 years experience in accounting/finance in real estate or in an auditing firm;
Extensive experience in financial analysis and budget preparation;
Strong computer literacy and adept with Microsoft Excel;
Amenable to work in San Miguel Manila (near TIP Manila and Malacañang Palace).
