Self-motivated, enthusiastic, full-time, and has a strong relationship within eSports and the social media ecosystem for Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook.

Must possess a strong understanding of the streamer landscape, including how the business works and the status, roles, and importance of different creators.

Has a strong commitment to working the hours needed to interact with the talent to meet the deadlines/ KPI of partners and clients in the 24-hour eSports space.

Has excellent pitching abilities.

With entertainment industry knowledge.

Has the ability to network and maintain professional relationships.

With strong marketing knowledge.
