This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Talent & Culture in the smooth running of the HR functions within the hotel ensuring best practice is followed at all times.
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Strong Employee Relations background and knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
