If you are looking to rise above and build a fulfilling career this is an exciting time to join us!Job SummaryYou will work closely with the HR Manager and be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.Role AccountabilitiesManage the recruitment process and life-cycle, develop and implement a recruitment strategy that best delivers business objectives. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for every departmentIdentify and source appropriate talent for future and current open roles, conduct initial assessments and interviews using various techniques and evaluation methodsUse social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs. Work with local universities/colleges in sharing career opportunities develop and maintain visibility and presence in schools and universities in order to bring in the brightest talentsCommunicating and networking with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status, sending invitations to interviews, rejecting unsuitable candidates by email)Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsAssist in executing organizational re-design and develop process to ensure that the workforce have succession plans and back-up candidates are in place for critical rolesDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirementsManage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval. Coordinate background and reference checking processesUse applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system for statistical analysis and to accurately track applicants within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channelsCoordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processesProactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations recruitmentProduce and analyze data using metrics to identify opportunities and drive decisionsRole RequirementsMust have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of working experience in recruitment or in any other human resources position that has related responsibilitiesProactive and strategic talent partner to drive talent identificationMust also have excellent computer skills and demonstrate high proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint necessary for the creation of visually engaging recruitment materialsHighly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with good follow-throughWorks independently, self-motivated and must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, maintain a high sense of urgency, conduct himself with high integrity, and demonstrate calmness in times of uncertainty and stressWell versed in Philippines labor law and other regulatory practicesExcellent command in both spoken and written English, preferably with American accentDemonstrates ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organizationStrategic orientation to think long-term and beyond one’s own areaStrong leadership, interpersonal, motivational and people development skillsAble to engage and influence all stakeholders both within and outside the organizationWilling to work in Pasig on a Night Shift (9pm-6am) schedule
