The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist?will be responsible in planning and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
Job Responsibilities:

- Leads Generation through Employee Referral, Social Media Marketing, Job Boards, Recruitment Partners/vendors, Applicant Referral, Job Fairs/Caravans, etc.
- Strategizes digital recruitment marketing initiatives not limited to social media, digital events, online job boards, etc.
- Makes sure creativity and content on Social Media are relevant to the times, audience, platform and are aligned with the iFive brand.
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
- Design and plan recruiting events
- Maintain, Track and Analyze Marketing data from the assigned Sourcing channels.
- Create Sourcing Plans and present Sourcing costs.
- Track Sourcing costs accordingly.
- Adapt to the current trends and grab the opportunity to incorporate it in the Marketing Strategy.
- Come up with Market Intelligence Reports and Studies to better come up with Sourcing initiatives.
Job Qualifications:

- Has at least 2-3 years work experience in BPO Sourcing/Recruitment Marketing
- Degree qualified in Human Resource, Marketing or relevant field, or relevant experience working in the industry
- Has been exposed in different Sourcing facets: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Branding
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Has experienced creating hiring job ads on Job Boards and Social Media
- Ability to do market intelligence and comparison.
- Well experienced on Reports Management and Analytics
- Ability to Analyze Sourcing numbers.
Identify wins and create solutions.
- Can continuously adapt to the market trends and create events/activities about them
- Ability to do market intelligence and comparison.
- Has a good understanding about the needs of the BPO Industry.
**Salary**: Php28,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
