**Duties**:
- Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
- Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that KPIs/SLAs are met.
- Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
- Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
**Qualifications**:
**Criteria**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a sourcing/recruiting role, within in-house, RPO &/or agency
- Role types: Recruitment/TA, HR, Operations, Leadership, Niche/Specialised roles etc.
- Experience in recruiting in APAC is required, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand etc.
- Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social recruiting, and internet searches.
- Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
