**Responsibilities**:
- Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs
- Building partnerships with alumni associations, colleges, and job boards
- Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, etc.)
- Participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our company's awareness
- Forecasting our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
- Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
- Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Complete work-from-home equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset, at least 10 Mbps internet connection, with a backup internet connection)
Pay: From Php370.00 per hour
